Living with Depression Is An Everyday Battlle!

The Care Giver And Depression

If you live with depression, you are fighting an everyday battlle with a deadlly disease. It does'nt matter if it's you that has it or someone close to you. From my experiance with it I have to say that if your dealing with someone that is affilcted with this disease, there is a fair chance that you are suffering with some form of depression yourself.

Fighting a battle on two front's can be devastating the care giver needs to look after themself's pysicaly andd emotionally
